This commemorative day is sponsored by the Gladwyne Civic Association and held in the heart of the village. The parade assembles at 11:00 a.m. behind the Gladwyne Park. Children are invited to decorate their bikes, wagons, strollers and walk or ride in the parade. The parade begins at noon followed by a ceremony honoring our veterans. Food, fun and entertainment fill the block party and many wear red, white and blue for this very special day. Volunteers are always needed.
